Éric Rancourt Talks Skilled Trades, Aerospace and the Future of the Labour Movement

IAM International Representative Éric Rancourt recently joined Hugo Girard on Sans Limite – Spécial Construction for an open and candid conversation about the world of work, skilled trades and the labour movement.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the workforce, Rancourt brings a unique perspective on the realities facing skilled trades workers, the aerospace industry and Québec’s workforce. During the conversation, he discusses the evolution of the labour movement, the role of unions and some of the challenges and criticisms facing organized labour today.
