PARTICIPATE IN A SURVEY
Sometimes the Union or a company hired by the union may conduct surveys. These may be done by telephone, by mail or electronically. If you participate, you may be asked to provide personal information as well as additional optional survey information (for example, employment-related questions). Information from the survey will be used to create a summary. The summary will not identify you and is used for analysis. The Union will not share any personal information collected during this process.

Through Application to the union, you have agreed to subscribe to District 78 email and mobile programs. You may unsubscribe or change your email address for communications at any time by following the instructions mentioned within each email.
To unsubscribe from mobile messages, you may reply with “Stop” You will then receive one more message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
