STRONGER TOGETHER : VEONEER AND MAGNA LOCAL 2113 MEMBERS BUILD SKILLS THROUGH ADVANCED STEWARDS TRAINING.

Approximately 24 members from Veoneer and Magna Local 2113 participated in Advanced Stewards Training conducted by District 78’s Directing Business Representative Eric Johnston last week.

“Despite the recent split into two separate bargaining units following the sale of a portion of the business, the group remains close-knit and united,” said Eric Johnston. With many shared workplace issues, participants were highly engaged throughout the training, actively asking questions and drawing on real-life experiences since completing their basic stewards training last year.
