Kromet International welcomes their new Stewards.

Congratulations to Stacey Dobbin and Terry Deschenes on stepping into their new roles as Union Stewards at Kromet International in Cambridge, Ontario!

When IAM Local 2707 called for additional stewards to support members on the off-shifts, Stacey and Terry answered the call. Their commitment to learning and representing their fellow members was evident throughout steward training, where they demonstrated the dedication needed to become strong advocates in the workplace.
“Stacey and Terry have the attributes to become strong stewards and leaders on their respective shifts, along with the ability to work well within the Shop Committee,” said International Representative Derek Ferguson.
