Big wins for IAM Local 922 members at Dettson/Innovair!
Members ratified their new four-year collective agreement with 89.74% voting in favour, securing wage increases of 8% in the first year, followed by 3.5% annually for the next three years, along with improved vacation benefits, additional personal days and more retirement options.
When workers stand together, they make gains together!
