Grace Hill Members Score Wins at the Bargaining Table!

The Bargaining committee of Anne Masangu, Titilayo Adekayo and Amritpal Kaur under the auspices of District 78’s dynamic Business Representative Sara Mitchell, secured a new one-year Collective Agreement with new ownership Spring Living, delivering a 3.5% general wage increase, special wage increases for Cooks and UCPs, improved bereavement leave and overtime provisions, plus a commitment to begin discussions on front-loading sick days.

Members conclusively ratified the agreement on August 10, 2026 with the committee set to return to the bargaining table in Spring 2027.
