CPC Pumps Members, Ratify Strong Three-Year Deal with Wage Gains and Workplace Protections

CPC Pumps members voted to ratify a new three-year collective agreement on March 25.

The deal delivers improved pension matching and introduces a new pay grid that combines progression-based increases with general wage hikes of at least 3%.

Members also secured key language improvements, including overtime calculated on paid hours, new limits on the use of temporary workers, and the ability to carry over one week of vacation.

Congratulations to Sara Mitchell Business Representative of District 78 for a super job done!
