Virtual Lobby
This week members of many unions including the IAMAW are descending on Ottawa and Parliament Hill to Lobby our MPs and Political Leaders for strong anti-scab Laws, Good, Sustainable Jobs and Universal Public Pharmacare.
If you aren’t involved with the in-person lobby day or even if you are and want to speak to your MP; about these issues or others within your workplace, use the link below (provided by the CLC) to connected with the MP in your residential area, book a time between December 4th and December 8th for Virtual Lobby week or any time that is convenient for you. Be sure to have your phone close at hand when your meeting is scheduled for, someone from the MPs office will call and patch you through to your MP. If you are able to get an in person meeting with your Local MP please don’t forget to get a photo or two of that meeting! and forward them to your IAM Rep!
