IAM Local Lodge 103 Members at Cambridge Shelter Corporation Ratify New Collective Agreement

IAM Local Lodge 103 members at Cambridge Shelter Corporation (CSC) recently ratified a new collective agreement that improves wages, pension, vacation time, holiday scheduling practices, and union representation.

The agreement also reduces the overtime threshold and removes the two-tiered system for paid personal emergency leave.

IAM District Lodge 78 Business Representative Eric Johnston expressed his thanks to committee members Dean Hislop and Allison Skinner for their dedication and hard work.

CSC is a non-profit organization that provides safe shelter for individuals in Cambridge.
